Individual Psychotherapy
Individual psychotherapy offers a supportive, collaborative space to better understand yourself, navigate challenges, and create meaningful change. I will work with you to explore patterns in thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, with a focus on building self-awareness, self-compassion, and practical tools for everyday life.
Sessions are 45 minutes and conducted virtually via Zoom, making therapy accessible and flexible. I use trauma-informed approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and mindfulness to help you develop more adaptive ways of thinking, regulate emotions, and respond to stress.
My work is affirming of queer and neurodivergent identities, and I tailor therapy to each client’s unique needs. Whether you are seeking support for anxiety, burnout, life transitions, or looking to better understand how your brain works, therapy can be a space to build insight, resilience, and sustainable change.
